Emma Grosvenor has a diverse and extensive background in marketing and communications. Emma's earliest work experience was at AVC Media Enterprises, where they served as a TactX Communications Assistant. Emma played a crucial role in the creation and launch of the TactX software, including implementing it for UEFA National Associations. Emma also developed a marketing strategy to promote the software, resulting in its adoption by 20 National Associations over a two-year period. Emma worked at AVC Media Enterprises from August 2008 to June 2012.

Emma Grosvenor attended Robert Gordon University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Management with Marketing. In addition to their formal education, Emma also obtained several certifications, including Build and Pragmatic Certified Product Manager from Pragmatic Institute in August 2020, as well as PMC Level I in June 2020, also from Pragmatic Institute.
