Alpay Tunç

Alpay Tunç is an experienced International Operations Specialist currently working at Marm Assistance since October 2021, focusing on the Mercedes-Benz project. Responsibilities include global partner communication, customer issue resolution, daily report preparation, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective needs diagnosis and collaboration with Mercedes-Benz offices across Europe.
