Liz Nelson

Liz Nelson is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Group Human Resources Director at Marmon Retail Solutions since July 2018, Liz focuses on strategic HR initiatives such as talent and performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement across US and EU operations. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Corporate Recruiter and HR Business Partner at Windstream Communications, where Liz oversaw recruitment processes for Enterprise Sales, Marketing, and SMB divisions. Additionally, Liz held the position of Regional Human Resources Manager for the American Red Cross, managing HR services for over 365 employees across multiple states. Liz's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Clemson University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
