Justin Neil

Justin Neil currently serves as the General Manager of Marmon/Keystone Canada, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Justin held various leadership positions at MiTek Canada Inc. from September 2000 to April 2023, including Vice President of Operations and Operations Manager, where responsibilities involved overseeing wood truss connector plates, Cold Formed Steel (CFS) trusses for LEED projects, and manufacturing machinery. Additional experience includes roles as OH&S Manager, Health and Safety Coordinator, and Engineering Designer. Justin Neil holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Royal Roads University and has further education from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.
