James Richard

James Richard is an accomplished Media Director at OK Program of Oakland since January 2022, and also serves as a Producer and Business Owner at Top2Bottom Entertainment, where a focus on empowering artists and delivering quality media services is evident. With a diverse background, James combines roles as a Music Teacher and Program Director at Dandan Performing Arts Center and Production Manager at KL Entertainment. Engaging as a Production Artist at Marmoset, as well as a Bassist for Kenny Lattimore until July 2023, James has collaborated with numerous renowned musicians throughout a successful career that also includes a significant tenure as a Music Professional at Acts Full Gospel Church. James holds a degree from California State University, Monterey Bay, and actively leads media initiatives within the church community, working cohesively with ministry leaders to align projects with their vision.
