Tom Greenawalt

Tom Greenawalt has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Tom has held various roles in different industries, showcasing their adaptability and versatility. Most recently, they served as the President of Apple Valley Construction since 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Maronda Homes, where they held positions such as Director of Internet Communications, Division Coordinator, and Division Manager from 1999 to 2011. Additionally, they were the Building Committee Chair at Markham Woods Presbyterian Church in 2012. In their earlier years, Tom worked at Sundance Homes as a Rough Superintendent and Project Superintendent from 1995 to 1998, and at BMP Powder Coat as a Managing Partner from 1994 to 1995. Tom also served as the Technical Services Manager for the Mid Atlantic Region at Ryland Homes from 1990 to 1994 and held a Sales position at P.W. Campbell from 1988 to 1990. Tom's career began at Ryan Homes, where they fulfilled various roles including CW Coordinator, Development Engineer, and Sales from 1977 to 1990.

Tom Greenawalt attended Michigan State University from 1977 to 1980, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction.
