Michał Oleś

Michal Oles has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Their most recent role is as a Business Development Manager at Marotino INC, which they started in September 2022. Prior to that, they were the CEO and Founder of Dram Club since August 2020. Michal also worked as a New Business Manager at Digital Rocket from April 2020 to November 2020.

Before entering the business sector, Michal gained experience in research and development roles. Michal was an R&D Team Member at Grupa TAURON from December 2019 to April 2020, and prior to that, they were a R&D Intern at the same company from September 2019 to November 2019. Michal also worked as a Project Intern at Tenka from March 2019 to July 2019.

In addition to their industry experience, Michal has gained valuable skills through various internships. Michal worked as an Intern at ING Bank Śląski from July 2018 to January 2019, and as an International Credit & Criminal Trainee Researcher at HireRight from March 2018 to May 2018.

Throughout their career, Michal has also held positions in language education and customer service. Michal worked as a Lektor at The Link Szkoła Języków Obcych i Komunikacji Międzykulturowej from September 2017 to October 2018, and as a Customer Advisor at NEONET S.A. from February 2017 to July 2017.

Michal Oles attended Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach from 2017 to 2020, where they studied Management. In addition to their degree, they obtained various certifications. In June 2019, they received a Corporate Readiness Certificate in Design Thinking - metodyka myślenia projektowego w środowisku IT from IBM. Michal also obtained a Corporate Readiness Certificate in SCRUM w zwinnej organizacji from ING Tech Poland in the same month. In May 2019, they completed a certification program on Ambient Marketing Creative Skills Development and Implementation from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach. Michal further received the Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM in May 2019. In January 2019, Michal obtained a Profesjonalny Doradca Kredytowy certification from PROGRES. Michal also received a Corporate Readiness Certificate in Project Management with Agile the IBM Way Stream from IBM in June 2018. Finally, in April 2016, they completed a certification program on Project Management Principles from the Project Management Institute.
