Amit Siman Tov

Amit Siman Tov's work experience begins with their current role as the VP Data and Infrastructure at Marpai Health, where they are responsible for building an AWS HIPAA compliant environment, designing and maintaining an AWS Datalake, and developing a batch processing architecture using AWS data pipelines.

Prior to their current position, Amit worked at Vonage as a Senior DevOps Engineer. In this role, they focused on automation deployment to various environments using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and the Serverless framework. Amit also led the implementation of CI/CD practices using Jenkins pipelines and shared libraries.

Before Vonage, Amit served as the DevOps Team Leader at Fifth Dimension, where they recruited and built the DevOps team from scratch. Amit was the technical leader for all DevOps activities, overseeing the implementation of a full CI/CD flow using GitLab and migrating installation scripts to Ansible. Prior to their leadership role, they worked as a DevOps Engineer, leading infrastructure projects and providing support for R&D tasks.

Amit's earlier experience includes working at Verint-Systems as a System Integrator Team Leader, where they coordinated the installation and deployment of projects worldwide. Amit also worked as a System Integration Engineer, specializing in Linux scripting, EMC and NetApp storage solutions, Isilon OneFS, and VMware ESXi.

At OpTier, Amit worked as a Lab System Administrator, responsible for managing systems and programming scripts using RedHat Linux, CentOS, VMware, LabManager, OpenStack, and EMC.

Amit's work experience began in the IDF as a System Administrator, where they served for four years.
