Brendan Richards, CPA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of accounting. Brendan currently holds the position of Controller - TPA at Marpai, Inc. since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Tax Supervisor at RUSHTON from January 2022 to August 2022.

Before joining RUSHTON, Brendan served as the Corporate Controller at SoftWear Automation, Inc. from December 2018 to November 2021. Brendan also worked as the Corporate Controller at Profitmaster Displays from September 2017 to December 2018.

Brendan ventured into entrepreneurship and established their own firm, Brendan Richards CPA, where they served as the Owner from March 2013 to September 2017.

Prior to their independent practice, Brendan worked as the Corporate Controller at Covenant Services Group from March 2007 to March 2013. Brendan gained valuable experience as a Tax Manager at Faucett, Taylor & Associates, LLP from October 2006 to March 2007.

During their earlier years, Brendan held positions at Ernst & Young as a Tax Manager from December 2003 to September 2006. Brendan also served as a Tax Manager at Fieldstone Communities from November 2000 to September 2003, and at EY from December 1997 to November 2000.

Throughout their career, Brendan has demonstrated their expertise in tax management and corporate accounting, showcasing their proficiency as a Certified Public Accountant.

Brendan Richards, CPA, has a strong educational background in business and accounting. Brendan attended Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Their focus of study during this time was Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting. Prior to their enrollment at Cal State Fullerton, Brendan attended the University of California, Irvine from 1984 to 1986, where they studied Economics. Additionally, Brendan Richards has also obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the California Board of Accountancy in September 1996.
