Joanne Crawford

Joanne Crawford has a long history of work experience in the beauty industry. Joanne began their career in 2007 as a Salon Manager/Therapist at Aura Skin Care Centre, where they managed and motivated a team of 6 staff, delivered full range of professional beauty treatments and grew a large, loyal client base. Joanne was also responsible for stock management, placing salon professional orders with 10 different suppliers and ensuring smart, cost-effective ordering, as well as merchandising to promote and maximize product sales. In 2019, they began working as a Business Development Manager at the International Institute for Anti-Ageing, where they managed 50 accounts in their area, achieved monthly KPIs including booking training spaces, selling in monthly promotions, sales targets and working on opening all 3 brands in existing salons. Joanne also conducted business reviews to develop and maintain strong relationships with stockists with a high level of customer care and support. In 2020, they began working as a Buisness Devlopment Manager at MARQ Labs.

Joanne Crawford attended North West regional college from 2007 to 2009, where they earned an NVQ in Level 3 Beauty Therapy.
