Melis Aydın

Melis Aydın has over 8 years of work experience in product development, sourcing, and buying for companies in the cosmetics, home care, and media industries. Melis has held senior buyer and product development manager positions at companies such as ATELIER REBUL, Boutiqaat Beauty & Accessories Products, and Orchard Custom Beauty. In their most recent role as NPD and Sourcing Manager at Kinfill Home Care, they were responsible for overseeing the production of household, personal care, and air care categories, developing and sourcing all product-related items, building roadmaps for launches, and working cross-functionally with regulatory agencies. Melis is currently employed as a Third Party Sourcing Manager at MARQ Labs.
