Kirsten Cesarz

Kirsten Cesarz has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kirsten began their career in 2003 as a Customer Relationship Manager at Mineralquellen Wüllner GmbH & Co. KG, where they worked until 2005. From 2005 to 2006, Kirsten worked as a Freelance Aerobic and Fitness Trainer. Kirsten then joined FirmenFitness by Fitness First Germany GmbH as an Assistant Club and Sales Manager from 2006 to 2007. Afterward, they briefly worked as a Sales Manager at INJOY Eden, Partner of Injoy in 2007. In the same year, Kirsten started their own business as a Freelance Aerobic, Fitness, and Personal Trainer. Kirsten continued their entrepreneurial journey and served as a Senior Club General Manager and later as a Club General Manager at FirmenFitness by Fitness First Germany GmbH from 2008 to 2014. In 2014, they worked at Apple as a Manager for six months. Following that, Kirsten served as a Store Manager at AmRest Coffee Deutschland sp. z o.o. & Co. KG from 2016 to 2017. Kirsten then became a Club Manager at FIT STAR Holding GmbH & Co. KG in 2017. Currently, Kirsten holds the position of Human Resources/Recruiting Manager at Hello Mirrors GmbH since 2021.

Kirsten Cesarz began their education in 1993 at Volksbank Brackwede eG, where they pursued a degree in Bankkauffrau. Kirsten completed their studies at this institution in 1996. Years later, in 2021, Kirsten enrolled at The Key - Community to obtain a certification as a Business Coach (IHK-Zertifikat), which they are expected to complete in 2022.
