Erick Gerencher

Erick Gerencher has extensive experience in auditing and financial management, currently serving as the General Auditor at Marqeta since July 2022, where responsibilities include building an Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk function. Previously, Erick was a member of the Advisory Board for Upswot, offering strategic consultancy from September 2020 to December 2021. Erick also held prominent roles at Green Dot Corporation from January 2008 to August 2020, including CEO and Board Director of Green Dot Bank, overseeing financial metrics and governance of various financial services, as well as serving as SVP and Chief Audit Executive, where an Internal Audit function was developed in alignment with the company's growth. Earlier career roles include positions at AeroVironment, Countrywide, and Deloitte, with foundational education in Accountancy from California State University, Northridge.
