Nada Kandil

Nada Kandil is a seasoned professional specializing in talent management and development, currently serving as the Talent Management and Performance Senior Manager at Marqeta since March 2023. Prior to this role, Nada was a Global Talent and Learning Consultant at Mastercard, where significant contributions included leading a global performance management project and enhancing early talent strategies. Nada’s experience at Danone encompassed various talent management roles across North America and the Middle East, where skills included redesigning talent processes, leading talent acquisition, and managing learning initiatives. Nada holds an Executive Master of Human Resource Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Management from The German University in Cairo, supplemented by an exchange semester in Business Administration at the University of Mannheim.
