Caragan Phillips, MPA has worked for a variety of companies since 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Staffer for Universal Cheerleaders Association. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Cheerleading Coach for DE LASALLE ACADEMY OF FORT MYERS INC, a Social Media Assistant for the Florida Gulf Coast University Financial Aid Office, a Sales and Brand Coordinator for So Flo Beach Co, and a Management Analyst for Lee County Tax Collector. Currently, they are employed as a Customer Support/Onboarding Specialist for Marqii.

Caragan Phillips, MPA obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2019. Caragan also obtained a Dual Enrollment in Communication, General from Lincoln Land Community College in 2015.
