Leann G. has extensive experience in dental operations and practice management. Leann started their career at Smile Design Dentistry in 2008 as VP of Operations until 2017. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Advanced Dental Arts as Director of Operations. In 2018, they also started their own business providing dental consulting and practice management services. Currently, they hold a leadership position at Marquee Dental Partners, starting as Senior Director Of Market Operations in 2022 and progressing to Regional Chief Operating Officer and Vice President Operations. Their expertise lies in practice building after acquisition, creating healthy relationships, and increasing production.
