In addition, Phil Fogg serves as CEO of Consonus Healthcare, established in 2004, which provides rehab therapy, pharmacy services, and consulting across 11 states, and is known for developing the Co-Pilot data analytics solution. Phil Fogg is also the CEO of AgeRight Clinical Services, revolutionizing healthcare delivery in long-term care through a dedicated clinical team and enhanced health plan options. Previously, Phil Fogg held the position of Regional Director of Operations at Prestige Care, Inc. Phil Fogg holds an MBA from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from Concordia University-Portland.
