Adam Goldman is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at MARQUIS HEALTH SERVICES. Prior to their current position, Mr. Goldman served as the Director of Health Services / Healthcare Administrator at North Hill Needham Inc. (CCRC) from February 2012 to July 2015. In this role, they were responsible for the design, development, and opening of new small house supportive living communities on campus. Adam also oversaw all operations of supportive living communities on campus and was responsible for health care compliance throughout the organization and cross-continuum/care coordination management. Prior to their time at North Hill Needham Inc., Mr. Goldman served as the Healthcare Administrator at EPOCH Senior Living from March 2004 to February 2012. In this role, they were responsible for all operations of a skilled nursing facility/assisted living campus with 180 employees and $18M in annual revenue. Adam oversaw a $20M renovation of the campus in 2009/2010 while it was occupied and maintained operations throughout the renovations. Adam also opened a new assisted living residence on campus post-renovations, achieving 100% occupancy in less than 12 months. Mr. Goldman has a long history of successfully leading organizations and teams and has a proven track record in achieving excellent results.
Adam Goldman received their BA in Communications & Marketing from London Metropolitan University. Adam also studied at Yeshivat HaKotel in Jerusalem, Israel. Adam is certified as a SHRM-SCP from the Society for Human Resource Management and as an LNHA from the Massachusetts and New Jersey Boards of Nursing Home Administrators.
