Fabian Delgado

Fabian Delgado, MD, FACP, CMD has had an extensive work history in the medical field. Starting in 2014, they were a Clinical Instructor and Collaborative Physician at IDEAL HEALTHCARE LIMITED. In 2015, they became the Medical Director at Life Care Centers of America, where they stayed until 2020. In 2016, they also took on the role of Associate Medical Director at Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care and Medical Director at Blue Hills Alzheimers Care Ctr. In 2018, they became a Clinical Instructor and Collaborative Physician at VISITING PRACTITIONERS LLC. Fabian has held Medical Director positions at Alliance Health & Human Services and Marquis Health Consulting Services. Since 2020, they have been the Medical Director at Genesis and an Attending Physician. Post-Acute Care at Vantage Healthcare. Fabian also served as the Medical Director. Dr. Fabian Delgado completed their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree at the Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil from 1995 to 2002. Fabian then pursued a Postgraduate Internal Medicine Residency Program at the University of Kansas Medical Center from 2007 to 2010. In 2015 to 2016, they participated in the Fellowship for Healthcare Leaders at the University of California, San Francisco. Additionally, Dr. Delgado has obtained various certifications including ACLS, BLS, Certified Medical Director in Long Term Care (CMD), FACP (Fellow of the American College of Physicians), and they hold medical licenses in the State of Rhode Island and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Fabian has also successfully completed the USMLE Step 1, 2 CK, 2 CS and 3 exams.
