Alana Gast, CCXP, has a diverse work experience in the banking and credit union industry. Alana recently joined Marquis as the VP, Client Experience Manager in November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Texas Capital Bank for several years, holding various roles such as AVP, Client Experience Manager, Business Analyst Team Lead, and Senior Risk Analyst. Alana also worked at InTouch Credit Union as a Branch Manager, at First National Bank of Omaha as an Operations Manager/Teller Liaison, and at LegacyTexas as an Assistant Branch Manager.

Alana Gast, CCXP, obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from UT Dallas in 2006. Alana has also obtained additional certifications, including the Account Experience™ (B2B CX) - Platinum from CustomerGauge in September 2021 and the Certified Customer Experience Professional from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) in August 2021.
