Adina R. is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Marriott International since May 2018. Adina's career includes various leadership roles within Marriott, such as Cluster Human Resources Manager and Multi-Property Learning + Development Manager, overseeing multiple properties in Dubai. Prior to Marriott, Adina held the position of Assistant Director of Learning & Development at Roda Hotels & Resorts and worked as a Learning & Development Officer at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC. Adina's background also includes journalism, having worked as a journalist at Alingsås Tidning, and co-owning Bumblebee, BeeEvents. Adina holds a Professional Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Dubai and a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism & Philosophy from Universitatea „Spiru Haret” din București.
