Alicia Koenig

Alicia Koenig is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Vice President of Residential Operations for Marriott International since February 2016, overseeing operations across more than 92 properties in the Caribbean, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Prior to this role, Alicia held several key positions at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, including Senior Regional Director of Residences Operations and Regional Director of Residences Operations, where responsibilities included developing corporate brand standards and ensuring compliance with management agreements and statutes. Earlier career experiences include roles as General Manager at Grand Bay Residences Tower I and Property Manager Director at Grand Bay Villas & Estates. Alicia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management from Steigenberger Hotelberufsfachhochschule in Bad Reichenhall.
