Helena Groves

Helena Groves is an accomplished HR & Accounting Manager at Marriott International since March 2019 and a Retreat Coordinator for Natural Retreats since June 2015. Helena's multifaceted experience includes managing vendor coordination, local invoicing, and client satisfaction at Natural Retreats, as well as serving as a Vice President for the Virginia Alpine Ski and Snowboard Team from April 2014 to May 2015, where travel logistics and financial management were emphasized. As President and Vice President of the UVA Outdoors Club, Helena successfully led a large membership organization, managed extensive equipment inventories, and oversaw financial allocations. Additional roles include Field Archaeologist, Living History Interpreter, and various positions that developed customer service, organizational, and research skills. Helena holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology and American Studies from the University of Virginia, completed in 2015.
