Joanna Ayala Quintana

Joanna Ayala Quintana is an experienced hospitality professional with a robust background in development and asset management across Latin America and the Caribbean. Currently serving as the Director of Development for the Andean Region and the Caribbean at Marriott International since June 2022, Joanna has previously held key roles at NH Hotel Group as Asset and Development Director for LATAM and South America from July 2019 to June 2022, and at Accor as Gerente de Desarrollo for Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador from November 2013 to June 2019. Earlier career experiences include significant positions at Grupo Synergy, The Breakthrough, and Inverlink, focusing on strategic consulting, corporate planning, and financial analysis.
