Leire Leoz

Leire Leoz has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, notably at Marriott International from May 2017 to January 2025, serving as Vice President of Owner & Partner Relations EMEA and Vice President of Franchise Owner Support EMEA, among other leadership roles. Prior experience includes positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., including Director of Franchise Services for EAME, where responsibilities encompassed franchise strategic planning. Additionally, Leoz has held roles at MCI Group as Director of Meetings & Events. Academically, Leoz holds a Master’s degree in Economics & Finance from the University of Bristol and a BA in Economics & Quantitative Methods from the University of Sussex.
