Vickie Shi

Vickie Shi is an experienced Human Resources professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Cluster Director of Human Resources for the Zhejiang Area at 万豪酒店 since May 2019 and as the Director of Human Resources at 喜来登 since October 2017. With previous roles as Director of Human Resources at 索菲特酒店 and multiple positions at 喜来登, Vickie has developed and implemented HR policies, managed recruitment systems, analyzed staff turnover, and overseen personnel records in accordance with industry standards. Vickie also has a strong background in training and talent development, having managed training departments and developed strategic plans to enhance staff productivity and career growth. Additionally, Vickie has teaching experience in tourism and hospitality at Shunde Polytechnic College and holds a Master of Business Administration degree in International Finance from Oklahoma City University.
