Rick Flashman

Rick Flashman has over three decades of experience in technology and operations management, currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Sales Center Technology at Marriott Vacations Worldwide since November 1997. In this role, Rick oversees the life cycle of customer-oriented sales presentation applications, focusing on solution architecture, application design, and user experience. Previous positions at Marriott include Senior Director of Sales Center Technology and various leadership roles in project management and web architecture. Prior to joining Marriott, Rick was Director of Operations at Mount Holyoke College, managing institutional publications and communications, and founded Gribnif Software as President, leading a team in software development. Rick holds a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
