Amy De Almeida has a comprehensive background in human resources and people management, with key roles in companies such as MaRS Discovery District, ArcelorMittal Dofasco, Deloitte Canada, Bank of Montreal, and CIBC Mellon. Amy De Almeida completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources from the University of Guelph in 2006. Amy then pursued a Masters of Industrial Relations Human Resource Management from the University of Toronto, graduating in 2007.
