Bree Ranieri

Bree Ranieri, ACC, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Talent & Shared Services and Vice President of People & Culture at MaRS Discovery District, responsible for overseeing Human Resources and managing the CEO transition. As a Co-Founder and Consultant at Cotalent since April 2017, Bree provides coaching and advisory services to leaders across a diverse range of organizations in Canada and the United States. Previous experience includes roles as a Leadership Coach at Lee Hecht Harrison Knightsbridge, and various senior positions at Molson Coors, where responsibilities encompassed global talent development, performance management, and human resources strategy. Bree's career began in HR roles at Delaware North Companies, Keller Technology Corporation, and Univera Healthcare. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University at Buffalo and an MBA from Canisius University, complemented by certification as an Associate Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation.
