Daniel Stoppel

Daniel Stoppel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the tech and e-commerce sectors. Currently serving as a Volunteer Advisor at MaRS Discovery District since August 2024, Daniel provides mentorship and coaching to emerging ventures. Previously, Daniel held the positions of Chief Executive Officer and President of Safyre Labs from January 2021 to January 2024, overseeing three direct-to-consumer jewelry brands and leveraging a proprietary e-commerce platform. Daniel's career at Jewlr spanned from September 2010 to January 2021, where Daniel served as Chief Strategy Officer and Director of Operations. Prior roles include Category Specialist at Staples and Audit Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Daniel's leadership skills were further demonstrated as President of Alpha Epsilon Pi, raising significant funds for the organization. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from Wilfrid Laurier University.
