Phoebe L.

Phoebe L. is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment, diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at MaRS Discovery District since August 2021, Phoebe leads talent acquisition initiatives and the Early Talent Program, while also being a member of the DEI Taskforce. Prior experience includes roles at The Kraft Heinz Company, where Phoebe oversaw campus recruitment and led D&I initiatives, and at Huawei Technologies as a Talent Acquisition Consultant managing full-cycle recruitment. Additional roles span across various companies including Investors Group and JOEY Restaurant Group, showcasing skills in candidate sourcing, employer branding, and employee onboarding. Phoebe holds a Post-Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Seneca Polytechnic and has been involved as a mentor with the University of Toronto Women’s Student Association since January 2020.
