Eric Pankratz has over 25 years of work experience, starting with their role as a Guest Credit Services Representative at Target. Eric then worked as a Merchandise Coordinator, where they maintained item information and ensured accurate vendor shipping. Eric later became an Advertising Coordinator, managing the placement of items in marketing pieces, and also took on the role of Specialist Project Manager, overseeing promotions print projects.

In 2008, Eric joined Target as a Marketing Specialist Producer, leading projects for the Target Baby Registry program, managing multiple execution teams, and presenting marketing programs to merchants and vendor partners. Eric also worked as a Freelance Project Manager at KNOCK, Inc., managing concept and execution projects for various advertising campaigns.

Eric returned to Target as a Senior Producer, Digital Vendor Marketing in 2011, where they managed vendor-funded online experiences on Target.com and developed strong relationships with cross-company partners. Eric later became a Marketing Communications Manager, engaging millennial students and their parents for Back to College shopping and implementing innovative media strategies.

In 2015, Eric joined Geometry Global as a Media Planning Supervisor, developing media plans and driving CPG brand sales across various retailers. Eric was promoted to Media Director in 2017, leading the activation media team and creating synergy across client media agencies.

After their time at Geometry Global, Eric worked at Novus Media Inc. as a Digital Planning Director, leading the digital media strategy and planning team to deliver awareness and sales results at a local and national scale. Currently, they are working at The Mars Agency as the Director of Commerce Media, where they lead media strategy and develops agency-level partnerships with major retail brands.

Throughout their career, Eric has consistently exhibited strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results for their clients.

Eric Pankratz received a BA in German from the University of Minnesota Duluth in the period from 1988 to 1993. In addition, they obtained a BSB degree in Marketing from the University of Minnesota in the years 1993 to 1994.
