Abbie Lacey

Abbie Lacey is currently the HR Transformation Lead at Mars, where they lead HR change programs and transformational projects while collaborating with global project teams. Previously, Abbie has held various roles within Mars, including Production Shift Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, where they managed teams and oversaw recruitment processes across multiple regions. Abbie also gained experience as an HR Project Manager and Multi-Site HR Advisor during industrial placements with Gist and has worked as an HR Business Partner at KP Snacks, driving People & Culture initiatives. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with First Class Honours from the University of Birmingham.
