Douglas Mesquita Rocha

Douglas Mesquita Rocha is an experienced executive in the field of research and development, currently serving as Corporate Vice President for Global R&D in both Laundry and Home Care at Henkel since May 2021. Douglas holds a significant role as a Board of Trustee member at TRI Princeton since January 2020 and has previously worked at L'Oréal as Vice President of Research & Innovation from April 2015 to April 2021, along with other managerial positions. Prior experience includes leadership roles at RB and Unilever from 2000 to 2015, showcasing a strong background in R&D and innovation management. Douglas is pursuing a Chief Technology Officer degree at the University of Cambridge, and holds an MBA from The University of Manchester and a degree from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia.
