Emily Golan

Emily Golan is a seasoned professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Mars Snacking Global Consulting since April 2024. Previously, Emily worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company from July 2022 to April 2024, leading diverse workstreams across various industries, including technology and private equity. Emily earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, during which time an internship at Agriculture Capital focused on developing a regenerative agriculture strategy aimed at boosting returns. Prior experience includes key roles at RXBAR, where Emily managed commercialization and innovation, and at The Kraft Heinz Company, where responsibilities spanned product research and development across multiple product lines. Emily holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Biotechnology from Vanderbilt University.
