Jameel Hye

Jameel Hye is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as the Supply Chain Transformation Director for Royal Canin North America at Mars since June 2010. Jameel has successfully led various initiatives, including a Regional Transformation Project aimed at achieving $40M savings in logistics costs and a 25% reduction in CO2 footprint. Previous roles at Mars include Director of Supply Chain Planning in Canada and Global Supply Capability Manager, with a strong focus on technology-driven solutions and team leadership. Jameel's earlier career at Procter & Gamble included roles as Corporate Demand Manager for the Arabian Peninsula and Country Demand/Supply Manager for Pakistan. Jameel holds a Masters in Supply Chain Management from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology.
