Jennifer Contreras

Jennifer Contreras serves as the HR Vice President and Global Experience Owner for Mars Snacking, overseeing corporate HR strategies and driving global impact through innovation and alignment with enterprise objectives since April 2009. With a strong background in HR leadership, Jennifer has held roles such as Senior Global HR Director, HR Director of Supply, and Sr. HR Business Partner, focusing on talent strategy, organizational development, and engagement within various functions. Prior to Mars, Jennifer gained extensive experience at Nestlé, where responsibilities included HR Functional Lead and e-HR Manager among other roles. Jennifer is pursuing an education in Operating Model Design at Hult Ashridge Executive Education and holds a B.A. in Journalism from California State University.
