Kassidy Slamer

Kassidy Slamer is currently serving as the Value Leadership Program Manager at Mars since February 2023. Previously, Kassidy spent nearly 11 years at Ramsey Solutions, holding various leadership roles including Exec. Director of Service Operations, Sr. Director of Service Operations, Director of Operations for Creative, Director of Project Management, Senior Producer, and Creative Team Project Manager. In these positions, Kassidy focused on improving operational processes, enhancing customer experience, and leading teams to drive efficiencies in project management and creative work. Earlier professional experience includes roles as an Account Executive at LexisNexis, Paid Search Advertising Specialist at Reynolds & Reynolds, and Account Manager at Clear Channel Radio Dayton. Kassidy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University and a bachelor's degree from Western Kentucky University.
