Kate Menzies

Kate Menzies has over 17 years of experience at Mars, serving in various leadership roles within the People & Organisation function. Currently, Kate holds the position of Global Vice President of People & Organisation for Mars Snacking, overseeing a diverse business segment across more than 50 markets in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Previous roles at Mars include Vice President People and Organisation for Multisales, as well as significant positions within Mars Wrigley Europe, where transformational projects aimed at enhancing talent and capabilities were led. Earlier in Kate's career at Mars Petcare, roles included Remuneration Director for Asia Pacific and National Sales Manager for the Specialty Channel. Kate earned a degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing from the University of South Australia.
