Luciano Batista

Luciano Batista is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise services and IT operations, currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Services Delivery at Mars since January 2012. Luciano's career at Mars includes various leadership roles such as Senior Director of Global Digital Operations and Global IT Operations Director, overseeing network and telecommunications services to enhance operational efficiency. Prior to Mars, Luciano worked at UOLDIVEO and OnSet Tecnologia da Informação & Telecom, holding managerial positions that contributed to IT operations and data center management. Luciano holds an MBA in Information Technology Project Management from UNIBTA and an Engineer's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Universidade do Vale do Paraíba.
