Monika Nelson

Monika Nelson is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience at Mars since July 1998, currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Technology & Mars Digital Experience. In this role, Monika leads various Corporate Technology IT Teams and developed a comprehensive Global IT transformation strategy aimed at unifying the digital experience for Mars associates. Previous positions include Senior Director of Corporate Technology & Mars Global Services, where Monika was instrumental in delivering Mars Inc's sustainability vision and enhancing technology capabilities across legal and corporate affairs. Earlier roles involved managing M&M’S Retail's global IT strategy and operational effectiveness, as well as establishing the Supply Chain Demand Planning team at Mars. Monika holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
