Ram Balasubramaniam has extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, notably in pet care, digital innovation, and commerce. Currently serving as the Head of D2C for Petcare North America at Mars, Ram previously held significant positions such as Head of Tech Digital Innovation and Garage at GSK, and Vice President of Content and Commerce for the Americas at L'Oréal. Additional experience includes roles in product strategy at World Data Transactions and project management at World Data Inc. Ram holds an MBA in Strategy from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Technology from Bangalore University.
