Rebecca Snow

Rebecca Snow serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Mars, Inc. since February 2006, with a sequence of roles including Global HR Vice President for Mars Wrigley and Vice President of People and Organization at Mars Corporate. Throughout the career at Mars, Rebecca has been pivotal in leading the People and Organization function, finalizing strategic initiatives, and enhancing talent development processes, particularly during the integration of Wrigley. Previous experience includes serving as European Organisation & Management Development Manager at Masterfoods Europe. Rebecca holds an MA in Mediaeval History from the University of St Andrews.
