Christopher Nimmer

Christopher Nimmer serves as the Vice President of Integrated Facility Services at Marsden Services, a position held since April 2024, leading the Residential department in St. Paul, MN. Previously, Nimmer was the Director of Operations at Hunt Military Communities from 2017 to 2023, managing a portfolio of five communities with 3,500 homes on military bases across the western United States. Experience also includes roles as Director of Property Management at Sherman Associates, Vice President of Property Operations at Aeon, and Chief Executive Officer at LaSalle Management Group, where significant operational oversight of various residential and commercial properties was established. Nimmer's career began at Landmark Management Group as President and includes management roles at Zeller Management Corporation and Carlson Real Estate Company. Nimmer holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Math from the University of Minnesota.
