Joy Nguyen

Joy Nguyen is a strategic connector and community advocate with extensive experience in community engagement and outreach. Currently serving as the Director of Community Engagement and Outreach at Marsden Services since November 2022, Joy leads initiatives focused on creating long-term impact through community partnerships and inclusive workforce strategies. Prior experience includes project management at the Minnesota Humanities Center, where Joy designed workshops and managed heritage events, and wedding coordination at Leopold's Mississippi Gardens. Additionally, Joy held various roles at Wells Fargo, culminating as Assistant Vice President in Organizational Effectiveness & Development, and has contributed to the board of The SEAD Project. Joy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Manitoba.
