Paul Holovnia

Paul Holovnia has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several decades. Paul most recently served as the Vice President of Tax, Compliance, and Audit at Marsden Services since July 2020. Prior to this, from October 2013 to July 2020, they worked as the Senior Director of Tax and Treasury at Galls, LLC. From November 1995 to October 2013, they held the position of VP Finance at Buffets, Inc. Before that, from 1987 to 1995, they worked as the State Tax Manager at Multifoods. Their early career began in 1985 as an Income Tax Analyst at National Car Rental, where they worked until June 1987. Overall, Paul Holovnia has extensive experience in finance, tax, and compliance roles in various organizations.

Paul Holovnia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 1984. Paul later pursued further education at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and completed their Master's in Business Taxation (MBT) with a focus on Taxation in 1999.
