Tavis Pike

Tavis Pike has a strong background in supply chain, procurement, and logistics. Tavis currently holds the position of Director of Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Management at Marsden Services, a role that they started in September 2023. Prior to this, Tavis spent over 14 years working for the Minnesota National Guard, where they held various leadership positions. During their time there, they oversaw procurement budgets, cultivated relationships with internal and external stakeholders, orchestrated supply chain operations, managed inventory control, and developed training programs for supply chain managers. Tavis's expertise in supply chain management has been instrumental in improving efficiency and mitigating risks in the organizations they have worked for.

Tavis Pike received a Master of Science (MS) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University-St. Paul between 2008 and 2017. Their earliest education was an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Information and Network Technology from Brown College, which they completed from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, Tavis has obtained several certifications, including Supply Chain Manager (SCM), Excel for Business Analysts, Programming Foundations: Fundamentals, Agile Scrum Master, Certified Project Manager, Certified Lean Six Sigma GreenBelt, and Certified Lean Six Sigma YellowBelt. All of these certifications were obtained in 2022 from various institutions such as Star 6 Sigma Global Academy and LinkedIn.
