Joy Carlton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and consulting within the technology and insurance industries. Currently serving as Manager of Client Services at Riskonnect, Inc. since October 2018, Joy excels in analyzing client needs, managing project requests, and facilitating communication between technical teams and stakeholders. At Marsh ClearSight, Joy has been a Systems Consultant since March 2013, focusing on product enhancements and providing training and support for clients.
