Maria C Escobar serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Captives Solutions for Latin America at Marsh, leading market development and coordination for the Captive Solutions team since 2012. With extensive experience in risk management, Maria previously held the role of Risk Manager at ISA, Interconexión Electrica S.A., where responsibilities included designing and implementing the Group's Enterprise Risk Management strategy. Maria's career began as a Risk Manager at EADE, Empresa Antioqueña de Energia. Educational qualifications include a Master in Corporate Risk Management from the University Francisco de Vitoria in Madrid and a Risk and Insurance Specialist degree from EAFIT University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University UPB.
