Sean's extensive experience also includes positions at FMG, where roles ranged from National Manager of Sales & Service Centre to Head of Claims, focusing on customer satisfaction and managing significant claims budgets. Sean's earlier career involved various HR roles, contributing to a solid foundation in human resource management. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Massey University and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics & History.
